Bow Lake, in Strafford and Northwood NH, is home to Lightning Fleet 493 and a diverse group of sailors of all craft. We offer weekly races throughout the summer, and a Lightning-only invitational regatta in September.
Bow Lake is proud to be the host of the 2015 Lightning NE District Championships, June 27-28.

Hello, my name is Bob and I will soon be moving to Dover NH. I am retired and a novice sailor with a 17 fóot daysailer 3. I would be interested in sailing bow lake and meeting others with similar interests. I would really appreciate any info you could give me on accessibility, launching and parking on Bow lake.
